Drive Web uses third-party cookies to communicate with Google's secure download server. Blocking third-party cookies in Chrome will prevent you from downloading through Google Drive. If you want to block third-party cookies and still download from Drive, allow third-party cookies for just Drive.

I have tried to insert a google drive share link action before the last airtable action and to pass this share link in the attachement field. Scenario works, and attachement field is populated, but clicking on the attachement in airtable opens a blank document (the direct link to the same document does open correctly).
Make sure you update to the latest printer driver (a program that controls your printer). Printer manufacturers offer updated drivers to improve compatibility with newer software, such as newer versions of Reader and Acrobat.
Sometimes a PDF file becomes damaged or contains corrupt data. If you downloaded the PDF from the web or received it in an email, download the PDF again or ask the sender to resend it. Copy the file directly to your hard drive, rather than a thumb (portable) or network drive.
However, and this is the thing that tripped us, not all PDF files will trigger this behavior. We've tried dozens of links and some will load in Drive while the others will still need to be downloaded first. So far, our most accurate observation is that PDF documents with an http link get handed over to Drive directly, whereas https ones still trigger a download in Chrome before being available to open in Drive. Whether this is a technical limitation of secure links, an oversight, or a work in progress, we can't tell for sure.
As the demand for more and higher quality media increases, so too does the requirement for more space to store such media. Since the hardware (e.g. a hard drive in an iPhone) cannot keep up with this demand, people turn to Cloud Storage to store their data - this keeps space free on their mobile device.
Duplicate Sweeper can quickly scan multiple folder or drives to return your duplicates. Simply select whether to keep the newest or the oldest of each duplicate to remove them automatically, or manually select which to remove.
I store may PDF in Google Drive (cloud not desktop) and would like to view them in acrobat. When I try to open the PDF, I am presented with a number of options to open the PDF but none of them are with Acrobat. Google drive provides an option to "connect more apps" however I can't seem to find any information on how to do this with Acrobat. As popular as Acrobat is, I would think that many others have tried to do this as well. I see several people posting questions on other forums but the only answers I've seen is to download which isn't really a solution. Thanks in advance for the help.
Thanks. The challenge with this solution is that is requires you to install Google Drive Sync which effectively copies all your files from drive to your computer which negates a lot of the value of drive. I wish Adobe had an App like other PDF solutions have created to work directly from within Google Drive without having to have the document local.

However, as far as I can see it only works in my default GDrive on my pdfs, so not in shared drives or those belonging to other accounts and not on pdfs shared with me. It would be great to overcome these limitations and be able to edit any pdf in any GDrive to which I have access.
During the installation it will check if you have all the components needed to run the software. If some of the required componets such as GPL Ghostscript are missing, it will suggest to download and install them for you.

I have a huge Google Docs document (shared with a team) containing 168 pages, multiple images, lots of equations, drawings, tables, etc. When I want to download the whole document as a PDF (clicking "Download as" > "PDF Document (.pdf)"), the browser (doesn't matter which one of the popular browsers) starts to show the loading icon in the tab header (meaning it is processing the request), but about a minute later, it returns an "500 OK" HTTP Status Code (BTW not the usual "500 Internal Server Error", "500 OK" instead), which means it could not export the document to PDF.
Why? I don't think the reason is a size limit, because I can download the whole document in ALL the other currently supported formats such as .docx, .odt, .rtf, .txt, .html, and for example the downloaded .rtf file is 519 MB. (Really! The .docx format from the same document is only 71.8 MB, and the .odt is 48.7 MB.) BUT when I cut this document down to about 50 pages, I CAN download it as PDF!
I just ran head-first into this very same wall. I've basically spent a couple of weeks with Inventor and Google Docs, creating a 292 page, screenshot rich, compendium / tutorial for the CAD class that I'm going to teach this semester. And I can't download it as a pdf. However, I did find another workaround that is not mentioned above:
I've been used to downloading PDFs on my phone and have them directly saved on my downloads folder. But just recently, whenever I download PDFs, Google Drive viewer shows up. I know there's a download option on Google Drive viewer. But when I open the file, it prompts that there's no app that can read it. I have Acrobat and Drive that I used to read PDFs with.
Btw, that "browser.download.preferred.application/pdf" in Firefox only seems to show up after a choice has been made, in this case, forced by the install of Google Drive. Seems redolent of the old browsers wars.
In my case these instructions meant that I reverted to the older version of chrome that came with my tablet. When I clicked on a PDF file within that old version of chrome and was asked for my choice of viewer, I emphatically chose something non-Google, to be used every time. I was able to view the PDF file within my viewer of choice and got a PDF file in my download folder.
Then it stopped and for every PDF downloaded through Google Chrome app. It displayed the whole PDF in Drive but after storing it just didn't open in any other PDF viewer, said: "cannot be displayed, unrecognized format".
PDF Drive is an online PDF search engine that lets you search, preview and download PDFs. According to the site as of right now, there are over 75 million eBooks, magazines, articles, and more that are indexed and discoverable directly on PDF Drive.
When it comes to publishing or downloading PDFs, legality is always an important question to address. PDF Drive in itself is a service that lets you download files from the web via its servers, which are mainly a proxy.
Once you've created a file, it will be accessible whenever you sign in to Google Drive. However, there may be times when you want to download or print a file for offline access.
By default, Google Drive will choose the most common file format whenever you download a file. For example, if you download a Google Document, it will automatically be saved as a .docx file, which is used by Microsoft Word and most other word processors. However, there may be times when you want to choose a different format, such as PDF.
