DIY Hair Recipe for Hair Growth using Rosemary Oil
DIY hair recipe using rosemary essential oil to help stimulate hair growth:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Sweet Almond Oil (base/carrier oil)
2 Tbsp Castor Oil
10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Instructions:
Add the sweet almond oil and castor oil into a small bowl or container.
Next, add in 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Rosemary is great for boosting circulation in the scalp and stimulating hair follicles.
Add 5 drops peppermint essential oil, which provides a cooling, tingling sensation that increases scalp blood flow.
Top it off with 3 drops of lavender oil for its soothing aroma and anti-inflammatory properties.
Stir or whisk thoroughly to fully combine the oil blend.
To use, apply diluted oil onto clean, damp scalp and massage in for 5-10 minutes before showering.
Leave on for 30-60 minutes then wash out. Use this aromatherapy hair growth oil 2-3 times per week for best results.
Store leftover oil in a cool, dry place and use within 2-3 months while the oils are still fresh.
This nourishing essential oil blend helps improve scalp circulation, remove buildup, and activate follicles - all important for healthy hair growth! Let the soothing aromas relax you while the oils work their magic.
