In Fallout 4, armor can be modified using junk components. Anyone can create new base-level modifications, remove any existing modifications from armor and apply any player character-owned modifications to armor. The Armorer perk is required for creating new modifications of level 1 and above.

4GB Patcher This is required for both Steam & GOG users! The 4GB Patch included with the GOG release is obsolete as it lacks NVSE integration. Installation instructions: Download the Main File - 4GB Patcher From the downloaded archive, extract the .exe file to the game's Root folder Right-click on FNVpatch.exe and select Run as administrator A command prompt window will open and should say FalloutNV.exe patched! Close the command prompt and a file named FalloutNV_backup.exe should appear in the game's Root folder Makes the game large address aware, meaning it can use 4GB of RAM instead of 2GB. From now on, you should run the game through the Tale of Two Wastelands option in MO2, rather than the NVSE option. This mod makes the game auto-load NVSE when you run the game through the default executable, which is generally the safer option.
This fix should work, opposed to changes to the fallout_default.ini in the game's folder. Also, there is no need to add these lines every time you start up Fallout. Once added, the mouse acceleration should be disabled permanently. The following paragraphs should be obsolete but are kept for archive purposes.

No Grass In Objects is required to create the grass cache files necessary to generate the LOD for grass under SSE 1.5.97. NGIO should be disabled if using the grass cache in AE. In SSE 1.5.97, it also can stop grass from growing inside rocks and other objects, and it can increase the grass draw distance beyond the loaded cells.
Below is a hex file example of a grass cache file that has been stripped of the data required to populate the grass throughout the cell (essentially, it is a blank grass cache file in that it will not show any grass, despite specifying a grass.
TTW requires a clean Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas installation. They cannot be modded at all. The installer supports the Fallout 3 Retail, Steam, GoG and Epic Games Store Game of the Year Editions and the New Vegas Steam and GoG Ultimate versions (both the Bethesda.net and German censored versions are not supported, due to containing altered files). All DLC is required. English only. That means North American and Western European releases patched to their latest versions. _lang.esp translations will break the game.
Epic Game Store (EGS): Make sure that the installer is pointing at the "Fallout 3 GOTY English" folder inside the fallout3 folder created by the EGS install.Both the Bethesda.net and German censored versions are not supported, due to containing altered files.
